OPC Server V2.0 Service Pack 2 A short summary of the contents of this file: * CHANGES IN THIS UPDATE * PICPRO LIBRARY LOCATION * UPGRADE NOTE * DISCLAIMER * TECHNICAL SUPPORT CHANGES IN THIS UPDATE * The OPC_ENET function block has a fix; if a message checksum was exactly 32768, the message would be considered invalid. This update also includes the changes that were part of the previous update (SP1): * The function block help files were added (OPC_ENET.CHM and OPINTER.CHM). * A detailed readme file has been provided as well as a shortcut to it. * The OPC ASFB.pdf manual was updated to include the OPC_10 function block. PICPRO LIBRARY LOCATION The PiCPro libraries for the ladder application support are placed in a Libraries subdirectory in the OPC Server folder. It is possible for the PiC or MMC programmer to copy or move those libraries (and their accompanying ldo, rem and chm files) to a different directory. If that is done and the OPC Server package is updated (like this update), then the libraries in the OPC Server directory tree will be updated, not the new location for these files. UPGRADE NOTE If the PiC or MMC programmer is expecting the OPC PiCPro libraries to be in a different directory than that of the original installation, then the libraries will have to be copied or moved manually to their correct directory after this installation. The installation does not update all copies of the files provided by this product. Only the directories where the original installation occurred are updated in an upgrade or a service pack update.
